Your enquiry

When you send the form or an email, we use the information to assess your case and reply to you. Lawyers are bound by confidentiality about what you write, even if it does not become a case. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, and Article 9(2)(f) for health information. If it does not become a case, we delete your enquiry within 6 months. If it does, we keep it for as long as the assignment and the rules for lawyers require. We use suppliers to run the website and email, who process information on our behalf under data processing agreements.

Where you came from

When you send the form or an email from the site, a few lines are added at the end: how you found us (for example an ad on Google or a search), which page you arrived on and which page you sent from, and where relevant a click ID from Google. In an email you can see the lines and delete them before you send. We use them to know which channels lead to enquiries. The legal basis is our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Nothing is stored on your device for this.

Cookies from Google Ads, only with your consent

If you accept, we use Google Ads to measure which ads lead to enquiries. Google then records that you came from an ad, which pages you viewed, and whether you sent the form or tapped the email address or phone number. Google also receives your IP address and information about your browser and device. What you write in the form, your name, your phone number and your email address are not sent to Google. We do not use the information to show you ads.
